Workplace Harassment Prevention Training for Non-Supervisory Employees (Bill Betley)

New Law! – California SB 1343, effective January 1st, 2020 requires all companies with 5 employees or more to offer sexual harassment prevention to all non-supervisory employees within 6 months of hire.
