Beverly Bailey

Beverly J. Bailey, for the last 21 years, has been providing advisory services by assisting organizations in minimizing labor costs and increasing effectiveness and productivity through prudent employment practices. She also serves as an expert witness in Human Resources.

Ms. Bailey provides training to organizations in areas such as Equal Opportunity Employment, Preventing Sexual Harassment, Interviewing Skills for Today’s Managers, Performance Management Objectives, Employment Law Issues for Managers and Supervisors, and Diversity Advantages in Business.

She has written various articles on human resource issues for Healthcare Human Resources and Orange County Business Journal. She has been quoted in Bureau of National Affairs Bulletin to Management and in the Entrepreneur Magazine concerning Employee Privacy issues.

She has taught for the University of California, Irvine; California State University, San Bernardino and the University of Phoenix in the Human Resources Certificate Program. She currently teaches at Cal Poly Pomona.

She has been a guest lecturer at the American Management Association Conferences, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Professionals in Human Resources Association, Employers Advisory Council, Inland Empire Women in Business Conference, Association of Professional Women Business Owners, and the Industry Manufacturers Council. She has also been a guest speaker on Radio KZLA discussing sexual harassment issues.

Ms. Bailey graduated from the University of Redlands. In addition, she holds a certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles, in Human Resources and Personnel Management. She also has a certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution and Mediation at the University of California, Irvine.
