Bertha Andrade is a professional with over 25 years of experience in Management and Human Resources field. She holds a B.A. Degree in Business Administration, Management Concentration, and a Certificate in Human Resources from the California State University of San Bernardino.
Her knowledge and experience include team building, associate relations, labor law compliance, OSHA compliance, recruitment and training and is bilingual in Spanish. Her background includes distribution, manufacturing, and education. During her time as the Human Resources Manager for the Job Corps for locations in California, Texas and Indiana, she was responsible for compliance with the directives mandated by the Department of Labor, which included EO/Affirmative Action Programs.
Currently, Ms. Andrade is a Human Resources Independent Consultant and assignments include sexual harassment training and investigations as well as audits for union and non-union companies. She is also a Certified Notary Public for the State of California. In addition to being the Board Secretary for W.I.E.E.A.C., and she enjoys volunteering her time for the Workforce Development Department for their “Professional Edge Workshops”, and for the Ronald McDonald House in Loma Linda. In the recent past she has been a mentor for the IE-SHRM Emerging HR Professionals.
