Andrew Kamara-Kay received his Associate of Arts in Speech Communications and Liberal Arts from Santa Ana Community College.
Andrew began his career with the State of California Employment Development Department in 2010 with the Unemployment Insurance Branch and worked as an Unemployment Insurance Representative. In the year 2013, Andrew made his transition from the Unemployment Insurance Branch to the Workforce Service Branch in order to work directly with the community and provide public service as an Employment Program Representative professional.
Presently, Andrew is a Trade Adjustment Assistance Specialist who helps re-training individuals whose jobs have been affected by foreign trade for the West Valley Americas Job Center of California in Rancho Cucamonga and currently represents the department as the Employer Advisory Council Coordinator for the West Inland Empire.
