Topic Join us to discuss lessons learned from 2019 and employment compliance trends for 2020. The briefing will highlight topical trends such as the gig economy and independent contractors, discrimination, new legislation, and employer liability.

Speaker Paul Fleck is a partner at Atkinson, Andelson Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) and Chair of AALRR’s Private and Employment Practice Group. He works closely with federal, state, and local employment and labor laws. He represents management in employment litigation, including defending claims for wages and hour violations, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and leave of absence violations. Mr. Fleck conducts trainings for managers, supervisors, and human resources professionals.

Additional Information Individual annual membership fee is $65, company membership fee is $85 and includes reduced rate at events and access to the CEAC Management Hotline. Late registration and payments not received or postmarked by January 10, 2020 will be charged an additional $20 per person on day of event. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you will be billed unless you cancel by Friday, January 10, 2020. Funds collected exceeding the seminar cost will support future seminars or community employment and training opportunities.
